Check-In/Check-Out Policy:
- Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
- Check-out: unitl 11:00
- For cancellations up to 40 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable.
- For cancellations from 40 to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount.
- For cancellations 21 days or less before arrival, no-shows, or early departures, 100% of the total amount.
- In the case of a “Non-Refundable” rate reservation, the amount is non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions of Reservations & Other Policies:
- As of 01/01/2018, a stayover tax of 2€ per apartment, per night is imposed by the government (according to Article 53 of Law 4389/2016). By law, guests are required to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception upon arrival.
- A valid credit card or bank deposit is required to process your online reservation. All charges are in euros (€).
- A deposit of 50% of the total nights per room is required for each reservation, or 100% in the case of a “Non-Refundable” reservation, where a 6% discount is applied. The amount is charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
- For last-minute reservations made 1-14 days before arrival, full payment is required.
- Payment is due 21 days before arrival.
