All charges are in euros (\u20ac).<\/li><li>A deposit of 50% of the total nights per room is required for each reservation or 100% in case of a \u201cNon-Refundable\u201d reservation, where a 6% discount is applied. The amount is charged to your credit card at the time of booking.<\/li><li>In case of cancellation of a reservation through social tourism less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.<\/li><li>For last minute reservations, made 1-14 days before arrival, full payment is required.<\/li><li>Payment is made 21 days before arrival.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Standard Rate<\/strong><br \/>Free cancellation is no longer available.<\/p><ul><li>For cancellations up to 40 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable.<br \/>For cancellations from 40 to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is charged.<\/li><li>For cancellations 21 days or less before arrival, no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount is charged.<br \/>In case of booking with a \u201cNon-Refundable\u201d rate, the amount is not refundable.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Early Booking<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Free cancellation is provided until 01\/04, 10:00 AM<br \/>After this date, a 50% charge applies, which is non-refundable.<\/li><li>For cancellations 30 days before arrival, no-show or early departure, a 100% charge applies.<\/li><\/ul><p>Please read the above terms carefully before your booking.
