Booking Terms and Conditions & Other Terms:
- As of 01/01/2018, a residence tax of €2 per apartment, per night is imposed on the State (according to article 53 of Law 4389/2016).
- According to the law, guests pay the tax directly at the hotel reception upon arrival.
- A valid credit card or bank deposit is required to process your online reservation. All charges are in euros (€).
- A deposit of 50% of the total nights per room is required for each reservation or 100% in case of a “Non-Refundable” reservation, where a 6% discount is applied. The amount is charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
- In case of cancellation of a reservation through social tourism less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
- For last minute reservations, made 1-14 days before arrival, full payment is required.
- Payment is made 21 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Rate
Free cancellation is no longer available.
- For cancellations up to 40 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable.
For cancellations from 40 to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is charged. - For cancellations 21 days or less before arrival, no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount is charged.
In case of booking with a “Non-Refundable” rate, the amount is not refundable.
Early Booking
- Free cancellation is provided until 01/04, 10:00 AM
After this date, a 50% charge applies, which is non-refundable. - For cancellations 30 days before arrival, no-show or early departure, a 100% charge applies.

The hotel reserves the right to change prices depending on availability, season or current price lists.
Reservations that have already been made retain the cancellation policy and payment method in effect at the time of booking.
